This was a pretty good article I thought. People always throw that number out there, but I’ve always preferred to know why.
It’s fascinating isn’t it. Regardless of some mythical number I think the best health advice for many is still move more, feel better! Hope all is well

Exactly in some instances it’s better to stop thinking and just start doing.
